CHN Conference on Transgender

Community Healthcare Network’s 7th Annual Conference on Transgender
Health will focus on gaining an understanding of the social and medical issues facing people
of trans experience including a look at policy issues, health insurance, and a legal clinic s
well as other topics. This year, we introduce a second day of the conference which is specific
to medical providers that will include discussions about surgery through the consumer
experience, moving towards gender affirmation and details of gender affirming surgery.

The conference will be held October 26-27, 2017 at The New School in Union Square, New
York.
